Something wicked this way comes… and it's taking over the Ashland Theatre for one unforgettable night! Join us on Thursday, October 9 for the first-ever Ashland Theatre Haunted House — a spine-tingling experience blending the magic of movies with the thrill of the unknown.

💀 Dare to enter the haunted halls of our historic theatre, where Hollywood’s most iconic spirits have come out to play. Brave souls will embark on a guided tour through shadowy corridors and haunted rooms, encountering eerie characters like The Ghost with the Most, the chilling Melanie Daniels, and a lost trio armed only with a video camera — Heather, Josh, and Mike.

🎬 The frightful fun doesn’t stop there! After your tour, gather in our haunted lobby for ghoulish treats, chilling cocktails, and a mysterious barkeep named Lloyd — who swears he’s just visiting from the Overlook Hotel...

🎁 Win spooky prizes, enter raffles, and soak in the eerie atmosphere before we close the night with a screening of the horror classic that started it all: John Carpenter’s Halloween – showing at 8:10 PM sharp.

FAQ:

1. Is this a scare house?  Yes, but think more "kooky" than "terrifying."  Groups will be lead by a tour guide around the building and interact with classic cinema scares.  All scenes will be strictly hands-off and there won't be jump-scares.

2. I really don't like haunted houses, can I still participate?  Yes, we have tickets available just for the 8:15PM film screening, and you are welcome to join us for spooky fun in the lobby before the film screening!

3. How many friends can I bring? Groups of up to 8 people may take the together, but everyone will be guided to the lobby at the end for food, fun, and prizes!

4. Is it all ages? Yes, all are welcome but all must have a ticket.  The film is rated R, so anyone under 18 staying for the film must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
